Refund policy
SECTION 1 - RETURNS
Purchases made on our website may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we cannot offer you a refund.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and handling charges associated with shipping items back to us. Please email us for further instructions.
SECTION 2 - CONDITIONS OF RETURN
In order for us to proceed in giving you a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- We will need to know your order number.
- Items must be in its original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
- Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.
- Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please, therefore, ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.
Several types of goods such as gift cards and other similar products are exempted from being returned.
